7-Day Exchange Policy

At Watch Wavez, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.

Exchange Eligibility

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The watch is unused and unworn.

  • The watch is in its original condition.

  • The original box, packaging, tags, and accessories are included.

  • The product is not damaged, scratched, altered, or tampered with.

  • Proof of purchase/order details are available.

No Refund Policy

Watch Wavez does not provide refunds or cash refunds.

All eligible returns are accepted for exchange only. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will provide a replacement watch subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange an exchange if the issue is covered under this policy.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact Watch Wavez within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange.

  3. Send the product back according to our return instructions.

  4. We will inspect the returned product.

  5. Once approved, we will process the exchange with an eligible replacement product.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchange requests will not be accepted for watches that are:

  • Worn or used.

  • Scratched or physically damaged after delivery.

  • Altered or repaired by the customer or a third party.

  • Missing the original box, packaging, tags, or accessories.

  • Returned after the 7-day exchange period.

The 7-day exchange period starts from the date the order is delivered. Exchange approval is subject to product inspection and compliance with the conditions mentioned above.

No refunds will be issued under this policy. Only eligible product exchanges are provided.
